H103 - 2022 Appropriations Act. (SL 2022-74)

Overview: Section 9G.2 of S.L. 2022-74 amends the statute (G.S. 130A-33.60(b)) by increasing the membership of the Maternal Mortality Review Committee from 9 members to 20 members and by adding a requirement that the membership represent the community.

This section became effective July 1, 2022.
