H103 - 2022 Appropriations Act. (SL 2022-74)

Overview: Section 8.1 of S.L. 2022-74 modifies the documentation and justification requirements for the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina when making enrollment change funding requests. When the enrollment change funding request is based on enrollment growth, the request must include the most recent academic year's actual enrollment numbers in the same format in which the growth increase request is made. When the enrollment change funding request is based on metrics other than enrollment growth, including student performance, the request must include identification of any metric used, and the portion of the funding request based on that metric for each constituent institution.

This section became effective July 1, 2022.
