H159 - Education Law Changes. (SL 2022-71)

Overview: Section 2.8 of S.L. 2022-71 requires the State Board of Education (SBE) to waive certain licensure requirements for individuals who have completed at least one course as part of a master’s degree program or post-master’s certificate designed for school administrators that was offered by an educator preparation program approved by the SBE prior to August 31, 2024.

This section became effective July 8, 2022.
