H259 - 2023 Appropriations Act. (SL 2023-134)

Overview: Section 29.1 of S.L. 2023-134 makes changes to the reporting requirements of the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency by allowing multiple reports to be consolidated into one comprehensive report and outlining other information that must be included in that comprehensive report. The report is required to be submitted to the House Finance Committee, the Senate Finance Committee, and the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on General Government on or before February 15 of each year. The section further repeals certain other reporting requirements of the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency.

This section became effective July 1, 2023 and applies to reports due on or after that date.
