H259 - 2023 Appropriations Act. (SL 2023-134)

Overview: Section 9E.11 of S.L. 2023-134 provides funding to continue the Medicaid reimbursement rates for skilled nursing facilities, on an ongoing basis, at rates that are not less than the rates that were being provided on a temporary basis in response to the COVID-19 public health emergency.

This section became effective July 1, 2023.
