H259 - 2023 Appropriations Act. (SL 2023-134)

Overview: Section 9E.12 of S.L. 2023-134 provides funding to continue the Medicaid reimbursement rate for personal care services, on an ongoing basis, at the same rate that was being provided on a temporary basis in response to the COVID-19 public health emergency.
