H259 - 2023 Appropriations Act. (SL 2023-134)

Overview: Section 20.3 of S.L. 2023-134 provides that for purposes of competitive bidding, the bid value benchmark for the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is $250,000 (originally was not greater than $100,000). This section became effective July 1, 2023, and applies to the purchase of goods and services on or after that date.
