Overview: Section 8.10 of S.L. 2023-134 directs the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina to report to the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee by December 15, 2023, on the advisability and feasibility of incorporating additional constituent institutions, including Elizabeth City State University, as administrators of the New Teacher Support Program.
