S722 - Child Care Flexibilities. (SL 2023-87)

Overview: S.L. 2023-87 directs the Division of Child Development and Early Education, Department of Health and Human Services, to develop and implement criteria to allow the child development associate credential to satisfy education requirements of the star rating system for child care.

This act became effective October 1, 2023.
