S355 - North Carolina Farm Act of 2024. (SL 2024-32)

Overview: Section 19 of S.L. 2024-32 makes several technical changes to outdated references to North Carolina State University and adds references to the Cooperative Extension Service at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NC A&T State University). Section 19 also adds a new member to the Structural Pest Control Committee to be appointed by the Dean of the College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences at NC A&T State University.
