S257 - 2026 Appropriations Act. (SL 2026-41)

Overview: Section 9B.1 of S.L. 2026-41 (Senate Bill 257) requires the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to submit all reports received from non-State entities on the use of any directed grant funds allocated through DHHS funding for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
These reports must be submitted to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services and the Fiscal Research Division no later than November 1, 2027.
This section became effective July 1, 2026.
