Overview: Sec 8 of S.L. 2026‑59 (Senate Bill 445) defines "stretching services" and clarifies that a person who provides only stretching services, including a person who is employed by or contracts with a massage and bodywork therapy establishment, is not required to be licensed by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy.
