S527 - ABC Omnibus 2023-24. (SL 2024-41)

Overview: Section 3 of S.L. 2024-41 allows ABC stores to open on New Year's Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day, in the discretion of the local ABC board. ABC stores cannot open on a New Year's Day or Fourth of July that falls on a Sunday.
