S527 - ABC Omnibus 2023-24. (SL 2024-41)

Overview: Section 8 of S.L. 2024-41 requires the ABC Commission to notify industry members and local boards at least 60 days in advance of the effective date of a retail price reduction for a spirituous liquor product, but the price reduction for local boards may only be effective for the 30 days that the retail price reduction is in effect.

This section became effective July 8, 2024.
