S527 - ABC Omnibus 2023-24. (SL 2024-41)

Overview: Section 11 of S.L. 2024-41 allows malt beverages, unfortified wine, and fortified wine to also be sold and delivered to an officer or agent of a rail line that is at least 100 miles long and connects to the national rail network.

This section became effective on July 8, 2024. However, an identical provision was enacted as Section 23 of S.L. 2024-15, and that section became effective on June 27, 2024, so the substance of this provision has been effective since that date.
