S527 - ABC Omnibus 2023-24. (SL 2024-41)

Overview: Section 14 of S.L. 2024-41 (i) makes technical corrections to the definition of "bar" enacted in 2022 and (ii) clarifies that an on-premises malt beverages permit allows the retail sale of malt beverages for consumption on the premises, either alone or mixed with other beverages. A similar provision already existed for on-premises unfortified wine permits.

This section became effective July 8, 2024.
