S527 - ABC Omnibus 2023-24. (SL 2024-41)

Overview: Section 15 of S.L. 2024-41 creates a malt beverage shop permit with the same privileges as a wine shop permit, except for businesses whose primary purpose is selling malt beverages for consumption off the premises and regularly and customarily educating consumers through tastings, classes, and seminars about the selection, serving, and storing of malt beverages. The permit costs $100 but the annual renewal fee is $500.
