S527 - ABC Omnibus 2023-24. (SL 2024-41)

Overview: Section 21 of S.L. 2024-41 allows the holder of a wine importer, malt beverage importer, or spirituous liquor importer/bottler permit to receive wine, malt beverages, or spirituous liquor, respectively, into the State for storage, sale, shipment, or transshipment to entities in other states or nations, or to the State warehouse.

This section became effective July 8, 2024.
