S527 - ABC Omnibus 2023-24. (SL 2024-41)

Overview: Section 27 of S.L. 2024-41 clarifies that a single designated consumption area designated by the holder of a common area entertainment permit may include both indoor and outdoor common areas, such that a patron could carry an alcoholic beverage from the indoor common area to the outdoor common area or vice versa.
