S527 - ABC Omnibus 2023-24. (SL 2024-41)

Overview: Section 28 of S.L. 2024-41 gives ABC Commission-approved providers of alcohol seller/server training 90 days to update their course content, rather than 30 days, when the Commission provides notice that changes to the training curriculum are needed to reflect changes in current ABC laws or rules.

This section became effective July 8, 2024.
