S527 - ABC Omnibus 2023-24. (SL 2024-41)

Overview: Section 33 of S.L. 2024-41 allows an establishment to qualify as a sports club for purposes of ABC permitting if, rather than an 18-hole golf course or two or more tennis courts, the establishment is in the business of providing four or more pickleball courts.

This section became effective July 8, 2024.
