S527 - ABC Omnibus 2023-24. (SL 2024-41)

Overview: Section 37 of S.L. 2024-41 allows local boards to contract with a third party to make an ATM available in one or more of the board's ABC stores and allows the ABC stores to make the ATM available to customers if approved by the local board.

This section became effective July 8, 2024.
