Overview: Section 30 of S.L. 2025-94 (House Bill 926) allows the use of wastewater dispersal products under areas subject to vehicular traffic if the product is approved by the manufacturer for that purpose and a permit is issued for the product by a professional engineer under an engineered option permit, or by an Authorized On‑Site Wastewater Evaluator.

This section became effective October 6, 2025.
