S710 - Department of Public Safety Agency Changes. (SL 2025-51)

Overview: Part V of S.L. 2025‑51 (Senate Bill 710) removes the requirement that an alcohol law enforcement agent or a local ABC officer notify an ABC permit holder within five business days after the agent or officer issues a citation to an employee of the permitted establishment for conduct occurring on the premises that is a violation of the ABC laws or criminal laws of this State.

This Part became effective July 2, 2025.
