Overview: Section 10 of S.L. 2025-47 (Senate Bill 391) modifies Department of Transportation reporting requirements to require submission of the report on use of funds for maintenance and construction to the General Assembly on or before the tenth day after its convening each regular session and to include cost of maintenance and construction, receipts of license fees, disbursements of the Department, and other financial information relevant to illustrate the Department's financial condition during the previous fiscal year.
