Overview: Section 4 of S.L. 2025-47 (Senate Bill 391) repeals requirements for the North Carolina Turnpike Authority to develop an annual work plan and to report to the Joint Legislative Transportation Oversight Committee annually on the number of one-time toll facility users charged more than $50 in processing fees and penalties.

This section became effective July 1, 2025.
