Overview: Part III of S.L. 2025-2 (House Bill 47) extended the Statewide declaration of emergency issued by the Governor in Executive Order No. 315 until June 30, 2025. This Part also provided that the extension of Executive Order No. 315 had no effect on Executive Order No. 322, issued by the Governor on October 16, 2024, and concerning unemployment insurance benefits.

This Part became effective March 19, 2025.
