Project Scope: This ongoing project will produce a series of expedited reviews on North Carolina’s use of federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) funds. The reviews will examine how state appropriations using CARES Act funds have been distributed, spent, and overseen in various areas of government.
