To provide relocated victims of domestic violence, sexual offense, stalking, or human trafficking with a substitute address to use in place of their actual address when applying for or receiving state government services (e.g. driver’s license, voter’s registration, public school records, etc.).
Other-ACP is mail forwarding program and substitute address program established under N.C.G.S. § 15C
