2022 Redistricting Process

In November 2021, the North Carolina General Assembly enacted new district plans for the U.S. House of Representatives, NC House of Representatives, and NC Senate following the return of the federal decennial census. Subsequent legal challenges resulted in the courts ordering the General Assembly to revise those 2021 enacted plans.
