S607 - Regulatory Reform Act of 2024. (SL 2024-45)

Overview: Section 26 of S.L. 2024-45 restores previously enacted language prohibiting counties from requiring the forced connection to county sewer in certain circumstances that was inadvertently deleted in the Regulatory Reform Act of 2023.

This section became effective July 9, 2024.
