S607 - Regulatory Reform Act of 2024. (SL 2024-45)

Overview: Section 27 of S.L. 2024-45 moves a required Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) report on coal combustion residual impoundments from quarterly to annually, before October 1st each year, and authorizes DEQ to combine that report with its annual report to members of the General Assembly whose district contains a coal combustion residual impoundment.

This section became effective July 9, 2024.
