S607 - Regulatory Reform Act of 2024. (SL 2024-45)

Overview: Section 29 of S.L. 2024-45 allows the Department of Environmental Quality to submit its required annual report on the Local Assistance for Stormwater Infrastructure Fund (Stormwater Fund) along with the other required water infrastructure reports, as a single report, and moves the report date for the Stormwater Fund report to November 1.
