S607 - Regulatory Reform Act of 2024. (SL 2024-45)

Overview: Section 30 of S.L. 2024-45 changes the reporting requirement for three river basin advisory commissions. Instead of being required to submit an annual report each year, a river basin advisory commission is now only required to submit an annual report for those years in which it meets.

This section became effective July 9, 2024.
