Overview: Section 1.3 of S.L. 2026-44 (Senate Bill 355) modifies the authority of the Post-Release Supervision and Parole Commission to authorize a single member of the Commission to set and modify terms and conditions of post-release supervision, authorize the issuance of a letter of reprimand, and continue an offender's supervision.
This section became effective July 7, 2026, and applies to actions taken by the Commission on or after that date.
