Child and Maternal Health

To ensure students receive critical supports for the whole child, access to community services and resources, and wraparound services necessary to reach their full potential and successfully transition to post-secondary education or the workforce. CISNC also transitions youth from Youth Development Centers (YDCs) to their homes, communities, and schools.

Provides direct or indirect services (e.g., health care, childcare, inspections, case management, classes/sessions, counseling, referrals, consultations)
